When having Acupuncture all you need to do is lie down for a deeply relaxing experience whilst your Acupuncturist chooses where to place very fine needles to help stimulate your body back towards health. With Qi Gong, you do the work for yourself by learning gentle movements, breathing and meditation techniques. Over time, these exercises done regularly, can help restore and maintain feelings of ease, vitality and wellbeing.
Acupuncture and Qi Gong are part of an ancient system of medicine which has developed through the detailed observation and study of the human body in it’s natural environment over thousands of years. It is a model of medicine that can help us understand why we become ill and it can give us a road map of our route to recovery.
